Who we are
Slush (“we”) is a product studio operated by João Zecchin, based in Brazil, reachable at contact@slush.surf. This policy covers the slush.surf website. Individual Slush products (Warboard, TAO Intel, PolyBRL, Radar Público, Lex Protocol) may publish their own product-specific policies where they process additional data.
What we collect
slush.surf collects anonymous usage analytics (pages viewed, referrer, approximate region, device type) to understand traffic, and any information you choose to send us by email. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site and we do not sell personal data.
Legal basis & your rights (LGPD / GDPR)
We process analytics under legitimate interest (LGPD art. 7, X; GDPR art. 6(1)(f)) and email correspondence to answer you. You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold about you at any time via contact@slush.surf. Brazilian users may also contact the ANPD.
Cookies & retention
The site uses only the minimal storage required for analytics; no cross-site tracking cookies. Analytics data is retained in aggregate; email correspondence is kept as long as needed to handle your request.
